The Umbrella Corporation was founded by Fish Heads after he decided to leave the forces of Mordor for the simple reason of wanting to form his own guild.
Before that, he had served as a general for many months followed by a period of Commander (2nd in command) in which he was the right hand of Paestero.
Many members of Umbrella Corporation have come from Mordor, but also from TPFS descent. In relation to the guilds close to Umbrella Corporation in ranking,
UCorp enjoys a small, but active membership of elite, seasoned players. Their size of fleet and number of high level members makes them a force to be reckoned with.
Not long after their creation, they became allied with OO.

Umbrella Corporation has fought in wars against SGB, RL, Exodus, CGB and {TN}.
Server War 3
Fish Heads maintained a heavy isolationist attitude towards becoming involved in the armed conflict of Mordor and Exodus, and was followed unanimously by the rest of the guild. Already cognizant that it would be a perpetual bloodbath, Fish Heads aimed to steer clear of the hostilities. However Exodus struck a nerve when they claimed dominance in the A2Xs, dictating that nobody could have over 1m fleet in A2X. This later ensued Fish Heads finding a shiny rock that came in a package deal with voices in his head. The voices told him to declare war on Exodus, and thus it happened.

Umbrella Corporation is a fictional massive corporate empire from Resident Evil, in which they profit technological monopolization, health care, and major industrial influence. However, unknown even to many of their employees, most of Umbrella Corporations massive profits come from black market viral weaponry. In the Resident Evil series, they manufacture a virus that reanimates dead cells, literally bringing them back to life. This was intended to help people such as paraplegics, burn victims, and the like by reviving dead tissue. However this was only to be done in heavy moderation. After an intentional outbreak, the virus ended up bringing the dead back to life with a sweet tooth for living flesh (i.e. you).
